Repurpose those clothes, textiles and plastic supermarket bags you have piling up because you knew you’d have a use for them someday. Make the yarn from plastic bags, T-shirts, old sheets or yard goods. After you make the yarn begin a project. Either knit or crochet a cowl or a market bag on large hooks and needles.

Skill Level: Beginner. Knitters should know how to knit and purl. Crocheters should know the basics of chain, single, and double crochet.
- 10 plastic grocery bags
- 2 or 3 old adult size T-shirts
- 1 old sheet or pillow case
- size US 13 and 15 knitting needles and/or size M, N, or P crochet hooks
- sharp scissors
- fine point permanent marker
- long ruler (at least 12″) or yardstick
- Optional: sewing needle and thread

After September 30th,there are no refunds for class cancellations unless your seat can be filled from a waiting list ($20.00 cancellation fee still applies).
